About CNH Machine

Company History

CNH Machine has been providing precision machined screw machine components since 1975. The company was originally started as a traditional high volume multi-spindle production facility serving the needs of hydraulic fittings and components. Over the years we have grown to serve a diverse base of customers in several major industry segments.

In 2005 we moved our company to a new facility in Anoka, Minnesota. Through our growth we have added the abilities to service industries requiring precision CNC Swiss machined components. Along with our added capabilities we have purchased land adjacent to our facility that will allow CNH Machine to double it’s production facility. It is through the commitment of our employees and the loyalty of our customers that we have grown to the company we are today.

Global competition has challenged all manufacturing companies to become more innovative, efficient and cost conscious. CNH Machine isn’t insulated from this.

In today’s competitive world of manufacturing we need to keep challenging employees, suppliers and customers to form mutually beneficial relationships.

All too often companies state that they “Exceed Customer’s Expectations”, today that is not good enough. We believe it is necessary to assist our customers in process development to deliver precision machined components with the highest Quality, Delivered on-time, at the most Cost effective price.

At CNH Machine we believe in forming long term relationships throughout the supply chain. Simply exceeding expectations will not deliver the competitive edge needed to maintain market share. We know that forecasting part requirements change on a constant basis, we understand that no customer can go into a “Line-Down” event. Our customer’s count on us when they have mission critical quality and delivery requirements.

Our strategic growth plan

At the beginning of every new fiscal year we review our performance based on on-time delivery, internal cost performance, quality of parts produced and market growth. 2009 and beyond will challenge all of us more than any of us has witnessed. Our strategic growth plan for the next 5 years includes:

• ISO9001 - 2008 Certification
• DOD Class 2 & 3 Thread Manufacturing Certification
• Capital Investment in additional CNC and Multi-Tasking turning equipment.
• Additional growth in the supplying part to large Goverment Contract supply chain.
